Eminence Ensemble – a six-headed machine! This band has it all, from dual guitarists continually pushing the lead a little further, super tight bass and drums carrying the rhythm heavily through the experimental storm, keys dancing up and down the stage and percussive fills that scream “get yo boogie on”. Not to mention the vocals, one of the most sultry parts of the sound of this band is the harmonizing, glazing R&B and soulfoul vocals that lift us up before grinding down the next rabbit hole of improvised jams and tightly executed precise segues and grooves.
